Nevada Medicaid — ABA Services
Nevada Medicaid covers ABA therapy for eligible children with an autism diagnosis. Income limits apply.

File complaints about denied autism claims. Nevada law requires most plans to cover autism diagnosis and treatment.
Appeals & complaints
NASA Premium Grant Program
A limited, case-by-case direct-assistance program for qualifying Las Vegas families. In approved cases it can help offset the premium of an individual / marketplace plan when switching from a low-support ABA provider, and can help cover diagnostic testing costs with select partner providers. Not always available; subject to funding.

Request an IEP evaluation in writing. CCSD must evaluate within 60 days. Services can begin as early as age 3.
